Terms & Conditions

To make a confirmed booking a 10% deposit must be received by Trinity Tours. On receipt of the deposit, our official confirmation will be sent to you. Bookings made less than 1 (one) month before the departure date of the tour, must be accompanied by full payment.

Price Guarantee

The prices quoted are given in ZAR (South Africa Rand). The prices are subject to change without prior notice until receipt of full payment. However, once full payment is received, the tour package prices are guaranteed.

Final Invoice

This will be sent approximately 2 (two) months before departure, and payment must be received by us within 28 (twenty eight) days of the date of issue of this invoice. We reserve the right to treat the tour as cancelled and levy appropriate cancellation charges if the balance is not received by the due date.

Payments

These may be made by direct money transfer, bank draft or credit card. Trinity Tours accept all major credit cards. Should you elect to pay by credit card, a 3% (three percent) surcharge will be added to compensate for bank commissions. If you elect to pay by direct money transfer into our account, have your bank make the transfer of the required amount in US$/GBP/Euro, plus any bank charges, to our bank account.

Cancellation/Non-Arrivals

~Any cancellation by you of a definite booking must be notified to us in writing (by fax if necessary) and will take effect on the day that this is received by us.

The following scale of charges will be levied:

Over 90 (ninety) days before date of departure, deposit only.
30 (thirty) to 90 (ninety) days before departure, 50% (fifty percent) of the final tour / transfer price.
1(one) to 30 (thirty) days before departure, or non-arrival. 100% (one hundred percent) of the final tour/transfer price.

Unused Services

No refund or compensation is payable for any unused accommodation, flight, service or feature provided during the tour, nor are these exchangeable or transferable to others. If clients make any alteration to any portion of their tour, such alterations will be completely at their own expense.

Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for international travel. The final responsibility does not rest with the carrier, Trinity Tours, or your travel agent.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended that you purchase insurance against cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of illness, accident, lost luggage, etc. Ask your travel agent for details.

Responsibility

All arrangements are made and booked on the express condition that Trinity Tours shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage, or other property, wherever, whenever, and howsoever the same may occur. Trinity Tours shall further not be liable for any consequential loss or damages whatsoever.

Trinity Tours Group Sizes

The group tour size limit for each tour is limited to 8 people, unless otherwise stated.

Malaria Warning

Certain parts of KwaZulu-Natal, The Kruger National Park and Mozambique are high-risk Malaria areas. We strongly recommend that the necessary precautions be taken in this regard.
